About Carl Pieczonka

Carl Pieczonka is a 22-year Dearborn County resident and current Chief Deputy with more than 21 years of service in the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office. A three-time recipient of the Excellence in Law Enforcement Award and former Special Crimes Unit Detective, Carl has investigated major crimes ranging from narcotics trafficking to homicide and internet crimes against children.

 

A husband, father, and longtime community coach, Carl Pieczonka is running for Sheriff to keep Dearborn County safe, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure responsible, professional law enforcement leadership.
